Which option is right for us?
The flat fee gives you predictable monthly spend. The approved-work option has a lower base, with the total depending on completed work you approve. On the first call, we compare expected monthly costs for your volume and coverage.
What work is billable?
Agreed work ManuFlow completes and your team approves, such as processing a PO, delivering a reconciliation, or executing a replenishment order. We define the actions and rates upfront, and discuss any work beyond your estimate with you before billing.
Can we create more workflows?
Yes. Both options let you create workflows. The flat plan includes runs within your agreed coverage; the approved-work plan charges for completed, approved work alongside the monthly base. We agree on any broader coverage before expanding.
